Té una extensió de 5.000 m2 i ha estat dissenyat amb elements d’alta tecnologia.
INGETECNIA ha realitzat tots els tràmits administratius per obtenir la llicència d’obres tant a l’Ajuntament, com el Parc Agrari, així com AESA (Agència Estatal de Seguretat Aèria).
